3. More Sensitive than General ELISA Kits

Take human IL-6 for example, we know IL-6 is the most studied cytokine, which is a pleiotropic cytokine with wide functions. IL-6 can adjust the growth and differentiation of various cells, functioning as regulating immune response, acute phase reaction and hematopoiesis. It also plays an important role in anti-infection immune reaction of the organism. However, under normal physiological conditions, the expression level of IL-6 is very low, which can be hardly detected by general ELISA kits. Thus, the HS-IL-6(High sensitive Interleukin 6) ELISA kit solves the low content of target protein.
